We are members of PTPN (Physical Therapy Provider Network). We accept most major health insurance policies, workers' compensation, third party claims, attorney cases and Medicare.
- These are some of the major insurance companies that cover outpatient therapy: Aetna, BCBS, Beech Street, Cigna, Coventry, Definity Health, First Health, Gilsbar, Great West, Healthsmart, Humana, PHCS, PPO Plus, Tricare, United Health Care, Medicare and all Medicare supplements.
- Renaissance Rehab will file all claims for you and help with any questions regarding your insurance.
- We will assist you in determining your benefits, however it is your responsibility to know your benefits. This can be done by calling the "800" number on the back of your insurance card.
- Your policy may require you to pay a co-pay, deductible and/or a co-insurance percentage. We will help you in determining the amount that is payable by you.
