StaffDeron J. Bland, PTHe was born and raised in Houma, LA. He graduated from Louisiana State University School of Allied Health Professions in 1986, where he received his Physical Therapy degree. He is certified in Neuro-developmental Treatment and Myofascial Release. He has attended numerous courses on orthopedics, neck and back treatment, sports injuries, biomechanics, upper extremity and lower extremity rehab, TMJ dysfunction, cranial sacral therapy, gait analysis, and dry needling. His experience as a physical therapist comes from working at Children's Hospital from 1986-1988 and Terrebonne General Medical Center from 1988-1994, where he was the director of the rehab unit from 1991-1994. In 1995, he opened his private practice and has been treating patients since. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, motorcycle riding, running, exercising, coaching children sports, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Amy Thompson, OT/LShe was born and raised in Houma, LA and is married with three children. She received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Medical Center/Allied Health in 1996. She completed post graduate courses in orthopedics for the hand, wrist and elbow, post stroke rehab and geriatric rehab. Her specialization is in orthopedics. She has experience with inpatient rehab, outpatient pediatrics, home health, outpatient rehab and has consulted for the school system. When not at work, she enjoys playing outdoor sports with her children, running, swimming, spending time with her family and taking candid photographs. Brittni Foran, Office ManagerShe has been with RRC since 2022. She is responsible for all accounting/bookkeeping for the clinic. She is also responsible for all verifications of insurance, insurance authorizations, claim filings, billing, payments, scheduling and many other office task. She assists with the set up of patients for their therapy treatment. She can answer most questions about insurance companies or any general questions you may have about the clinic. Kathy Greve, PT/OT TechnicianShe has been with RRC since 2004. She is responsible for setting up patients on electrical stimulation, giving ultrasounds, hot and cold pack treatments and instructing patients on their exercise programs, once their programs are established. She also assists with scheduling and general office duties. She is responsible for our FOTO program. Rochelle Theriot, PT Technician/Office AssistantShe has been with RRC since 2018. She is responsible for setting up patient on electrical stimulation, giving ultrasounds, hot and cold pack treatments and instructing patients on their exercise programs, once their programs are established. She also assists in the office with filing, payments, scheduling and general office duties. |
